The 3-story mezzanine protrudes out of the roof as a clerestory with an upper-level viewing gallery. The structure contains a large exterior shade canopy wrapping two sides of the building.
The second building is a 70,000 SF Speculative Flex Office with manufacturer and storage spaces. The long-span, single story structure with tilt-up exterior to receive exterior canopies to fit the needs of the tenants.
