Feeding Tampa Bay, currently known as Causeway Center, is a 215,000 SF industrial concrete tilt-up warehouse building serving 150 million meals per year. This major investment addresses food uncertainty in the Tampa Bay area by serving 10 counties in West and Central Florida. The Center contains a 11,000 SF kitchen and a 28,000 SF of refrigerated area kept at 35 degrees, and freezers that are kept at an arctic-like -5 degrees. The structure is raised 8 feet above 100-year flood plain and allows the circulations of 50 trucks.
