Under the cube there are withdrawable soft modules, and inside the cube there is a live tree that is illuminated from the above roof window. This is a place for solitude, meditation and relaxation. Thus, with the help of withdrawable modules, you can create different zones for conversations, board games, and the one who needs to retire can go and have a rest under the tree.

Also, we do not forget about a place for storing clothes. There is a cabinet along one of the walls.

Hexagonal cantilevered ramp structures with fabric roof, at both sides of the south end zone, provide spectacular column free views of both the action on the field and of the city.

The stadium is supported on an auger cast-in-place pile foundation.

In 2002 BNI won the American Consulting Engineers Council, Engineering Excellence, Grand Award for their structural design of Heinz Field which features exposed steel designed to be architecturally proportioned and structurally functional. Structural steel was natural for the NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers. The 64,450 seat stadium was completed in September 2001, and is also home for the University of Pittsburgh Panthers football team. The upper seating deck, protected by a seventy-five foot cantilevered canopy, is supported on tapered diagonal steel pipes bearing on “quad pods” at the upper concourse level forming an integral part of the building’s character. The upper seating deck cantilevers forty-five feet over the 129 luxury suites that seat 1,500. The club lounges are located below the suites and serve 6,600 club seats.

“We have worked hard to design a spectacular football stadium for our fans, one of which they will be proud and can enjoy for years to come. In addition to being a great stadium for fans to watch football, we wanted the design to be distinctively Pittsburgh. We believe the current design accomplishes both objectives.”
