This project is located on the corner of Call Street and Macomb, on the northeast side of the Main Campus. The 5-story, 328,000 SF parking structure has two-way traffic and interior scissor ramps for internal circulation and the lower level is dedicated for 150 faculty spaces. The garage is designed to have vehicular access at two different levels as the first floor is partially below grade. There are stair towers located at three corners of the structure, and the fourth corner houses a police substation.
The parking garage was sited to allow the design of a future 30,000 SF University building to be constructed along Tennessee Street.
