The design of the 1,500-space parking garage consists of six, 62-foot bays, 4 levels of parking at the perimeter and at the middle two bays of the building, and 3 levels of parking at the interior scissors ramps. The garage has two-way traffic on each floor and vehicular access at two different levels.
