Manufacturing Cigarette Boats from four separate plants totaling 50,000 SF was challenging and difficult enough that this facility became the corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for the Manufacturing company. The one-story, 87,000 SF building including several mezzanines and also houses the company's apparel store and administrative offices.
The state-of-the-art building has brand new machinery laid out in a more efficient manner, increasing company profits and employees. The structure utilizes reinforced concrete tilt-up bearing wall construction with a precast double tee roof system. The mezzanine floor structural system is precast hollow core concrete slabs supported by steel framing and masonry walls.
