The 49,280 SF of light manufacturing and testing space and 9,100 SF of office space is the new pump manufacturing and testing facility for Wilo Emu, a German company. The manufacturing building utilizes concrete tilt-up exterior walls with roof bar joists supported by steel beams and joist girders. There are bridge cranes with a 5- and 10-ton capacity and several smaller jib cranes with 1- to 2-ton capacities. The testing of the pumps occurs in a 20 feet deep concrete test pit that has two platform levels for the test operators to work of.
