Pointe Orlando is a marketplace with over 400,000-SF of retail space. This renovation project was a transformation of the seven building shopping center to an upscale gathering center for Orlando.
The project involved partial demolition of existing buildings integrated with new construction to create a pedestrian friendly shopping village.
