Major renovation of an 8-story retail complex built in the late 1980’s. The building had 5 multi-split levels of retail consisting of a basement, ground floor and 3 elevated floors. Above the retail floors are 4 levels of parking.
The basement level and the 3 elevated floors were replaced by a new ground floor and 2 elevated levels to create 300,000-SF of new retail space with higher story heights for big box stores. The steep straight ramp was also replaced by a new spiral ramp.
