This 7-story office building boasts 160,000 SF and sits at the entrance of Coral Gables in Miami, Florida. The General Funding Office Building is the home of the International Finance Bank (IFB). The exterior of this building was constructed with two feature walls made of the rare Blue Sodalite granite. Post-tensioned concrete slabs were incorporated into the structural design for this tower.
