This 7-story office building, encompassing 160,000 SF, is situated at the entrance of Coral Gables in Miami, Florida, and serves as the headquarters for the International Finance Bank (IFB). The exterior of the building is constructed with two feature walls made of rare Blue Sodalite granite. Post-tensioned concrete slabs are incorporated into the structural design for this project.
