Phase II of Florida State University’s housing expansion added two standalone buildings with a gross area of 214,000 SF, which are a near replica of phase I. These two buildings accommodate another 912 beds in 467 rooms, with entertainment and dining venues at street level. Phase II also feature an entertaining room, common areas, and a dining venue which boasts several
different food concepts.
