Following a kitchen fire in 2018, the Flanigan’s in Hollywood underwent a complete reconstruction. The finished project is a 1-story, 8,000-SF restaurant featuring a custom bar, indoor dining, outdoor seating, and a 150-gallon fish tank. The design includes a commercial kitchen with roof-suspended hoods, a framed exterior bar, and a 10-foot suspended “dock” inside the restaurant.
