The FedEx Distribution Center sits on a 16.3-acre site located in the Summit East technology office park in Tallahassee, Florida. The single story, 126,000 SF facility has a roof height of 30 feet. The automated distribution building also includes 5,000 SF of administration offices with a training room. The project features tilt wall construction with multiple loading docks and steel roof construction.
