This design/build project is located in the Summit East Technology Park complex and houses the Department of Financial Services. As a commercial building, it features offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and huddle spaces to support the flow of work between individuals and departments. The 74,000 SF facility was designed in an accelerated timeline.
