A new vehicle maintenance and public works facility for the City of Doral at 31,527 SF. The structure includes a 12,000 SF of administrative office space that includes storage, break rooms, distribution center, and other support areas in a two-story part of the structure. The high-bay maintenance area is for the 120 city owned vehicles.
