The 6,500-seat stadium is the spring training for the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals Major League Baseball teams. It also hosts the Florida Complex League Astros and the Florida Complex League Nationals of the Rookie-level Florida Complex League.
The stadium design recognizes the cultural distinction between the two ball clubs, and provides lawn seating up to 1314 fans, two party decks and six suites, 360-degree concourse, 12 practice fields (six for each team), and 55,000-SF clubhouse for each team. The Astros' training facilities are on the north and northeast side of the complex and their offices are behind the stadium's left-field corner, while the Nationals' facilities are on the south and southeast side with offices behind home plate.
