801 Lincoln Road

A 3-story retail building topped with a restaurant with an open deck. The dramatic, translucent glass façade, with diagonal back-up steel pipes at the fold of every plane, changes the rectangular shape of the building and cantilever down below the second floor to provide shade for the densely-populated pedestrian mall. The ground floor is designed for flooding including a hydrostatic structural slab on grade along with flood panels to be installed at the curtain walls.
