A two-story retail center housing Marshalls at the tall second floor located over the ground floor containing The Lincoln Eatery food hall. The roof is also designed as a restaurant with an open deck. The ground floor is designed for flooding including hydrostatic structural slab on grade along with flood panels to be installed at the curtain walls.
