Located in Wynwood, this 5-story residential building spans approximately 25,000-SF and reaches a height of 86 feet. The development includes 2,800-SF of ground-floor retail space and features 17 residential units, comprising 13 standard units and four double-story penthouses on the 5th floor. A rooftop amenity deck crowns the structure, offering additional communal space. Drawing from the aesthetic of its sister project at 91 NW 27th Street, the building is defined by full-length cantilevered balconies that contribute to an unobstructed design. The façade is composed of splayed rectangular forms and incorporates concrete finishes, a deliberate nod to Wynwood’s industrial roots. With the building footprint maintaining zero setback from the property line, eccentric foundations were required at the perimeter columns and walls.
