The project is a 6-story residential building totaling approximately 71,000-SF. It includes private ground-level parking with 15 resident and five guest spaces. Each of the five residential floors contains two high-end luxury units with wraparound balconies, for a total of 10 residences. The rooftop is outfitted with two pools, a fitness gym, and a sun deck. The structural design incorporates a breakaway wall system, and impact-resistant, painted hollow metal doors provide added storm protection. The building façade is finished in smooth and textured stucco.
