Marina Pointe is a residential development located in South Tampa’s Westshore Marina District. The project comprises two 17-story towers built over a shared podium structure that provides 386 parking spaces. The podium is topped with a 21,345-SF amenity deck overlooking the waterfront. The full development totals approximately 780,000-SF. Tower II is partially supported by the parking podium completed alongside Tower I. Marina Pointe II features 157 units across 25 unique floor plans ranging from 1,150 to 3,844-SF. Marina Pointe III offers 18 floor plans ranging from 1,907 to 4,012-SF. Amenities offered within the development include private elevator access, conference rooms, a fitness center, a virtual golf simulator, a dog park, and private marina access. Located in FEMA Flood Zone AE 12.0, the structural design required consideration of coastal flood and wind loads.
