This development consists of nine 3-story, garden-style apartment buildings constructed as part of Phase I. The design includes two building types: Type I and Type II. Five buildings follow the Type I design, while four follow Type II, with each offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Additional structures include a single-story clubhouse, a leasing office, and a maintenance facility. The framing systems consists of load-bearing masonry walls with two-way concrete flat slabs for the floors. The sloped roofs are framed with wood trusses spaced at 24 inches on center. All buildings utilize shallow foundations.
