The Ocean Prime restaurant, developed by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, is a 2-story, 9,500-SF, venue that offers 350 seats. The restaurant includes two full-service bars, two private dining rooms, and outdoor terraces on each floor. In addition to the main restaurant building, the project features a 4,500-SF retail shell and two large exterior canopies adjacent to the structure. A separate 3,000-SF freestanding steel canopy was also constructed at the valet drop-off area to provide covered access for guests.
