Located just north of the existing Kendall dealership, the facility reflects the dealership’s commitment to customer service and innovation. The project features a 1-story, 3,420-SF building that includes seven offices, an open lounge, and restroom facilities. Site development included 97 parking spaces—85 for vehicle display and the remainder for customers and staff. Structural services included shallow foundation systems and coordination of all slab depressions to accommodate showroom use. The project also included site improvements such as a perimeter precast concrete privacy wall and a dumpster enclosure.
