As MIA’s largest privately funded cargo development, it offers over 484,375 SF of high-bay cargo space, refrigerated storage, and advanced structural systems. Located in the airport’s cargo zone, the facility supports daily maintenance tasks, A-checks, engine swaps, and component changes, with over 31,500 SF dedicated to workshops, storage, administrative operations, and mechanical rooms.
