EmbassAir at Miami’s Opa Locka Executive Airport is a premier Fixed Base Operator (FBO) Terminal featuring an 83,759 SF “V” shaped building tailored to the private aviation market. The 2-story structure is clad in painted stucco over CMU and flanked by single-story hangars with a curved roof. Included in the design is a double height lobby with two-story wings to the north and south. The terminal incorporates VIP lounges, control rooms, meeting spaces, restrooms with showers, and essential support rooms like telecom and mechanical spaces. The project also includes a new taxiway extending north from the private apron, linking the site to runway 9R-27L and Taxiway “Y”.
