Sports / Entertainment

When it comes to structural design, sports and entertainment facilities are in a league of their own. Not only are they literally cities within themselves, but the consistent movement on the seating decks causes vibration which creates special framing requirements unique to this building type. Structures are often exposed, which means we take special care in the detailing to ensure that they are visually pleasing. We also work closely with our
architectural partners to ensure optimal sightlines.

Despite the complexity of this building type, most sports facilities are developed on a fast-track schedule with drop dead opening dates. We are accustomed to issuing early bid packages and can handle design and construction phases simultaneously. In fact, we thrive on these demands.
