Sand, surf and steady breezes: Great ingredients for a relaxing vacation. Of course, it often also means poor soil conditions, seismic activity and hurricane wind forces. We have encountered all of these conditions and more in the many resort projects we have been involved with. But while addressing these environmental factors is an important aspect of our work, we pay just as much attention to the operational needs of each facility.
