100 AndalusiaNicholas Brosch Sandoval Architects, The design of the 8-story building capitalizes on the garage of an adjacent office tower by allowing residents of the 103 units to park on the same floor as their unit. The ground floor design, unobstructed by parking, provides a grand landscaped center courtyard and a magnificent entrance. The total project included fitness center, recreation and parking. The analysis of the structure, using the latest 3-D software, allowed BNI to
consider several framing alternatives and to maximize efficiency. |
