This 1.4 million sf mixed-use development spanning two city blocks in the heart of the Channel Side district of downtown Tampa. The project consists of two buildings, separated by a high-end retail promenade, and contains 378 residential condominiums, retails, restaurants, office space, community theater, art gallery, and 6-levels of parking. A first class amenities deck with a pool, clubhouse, covered lanai, and putting green lawn area encompasses most of the ninth level.
