Two level, 307,000 sf retail complex built over an existing 1-level parking garage in front of a 40-story office building which is set far from the street. The entire structure is designed for an eye-catching view from both street level and the surrounding tall buildings. Three 85-foot high offset barrel-valuted glass skylights that form the roof of the walkway.
