CocoWalk is internationally known for its specialty shops, outdoor entertainment and unique restaurants in the heart of Coconut Grove. The 2- and 3-level “U” shaped structure is approximately 150,000 sf over 2-level underground parking for approximately 600 cars.

CocoWalk offers charm and flair that’s befitting of Coconut Grove entertainment includes a 16-screen AMC movie theater, and an open air plaza where patrons gather to listen to live music on weekends. Retail shops include Victoria’s Secret, Banana Republic, The Gap, etc. Restaurants and outdoor cafes and bars include Café Tu Tu Tango, The Cheesecake Factory, and Hooters.
