The project consists of a 93,000 square foot three or four story building with an additional 8000
square feet of parking for 20 cars inside the building for the 1st District Court of Appeal in
Tallahassee, Florida. Total construction budget is $25,252,500.

Our Basic Services includes the design of the Primary Structural Frame and the structural aspects of the Exterior Enclosure, and includes related Construction Drawings and Specifications, attending periodic design and coordination meetings during the preparation of the documents, Construction Administration and 15 periodic Site Visits and meetings during construction.
