The project was to submit a structural condition assessment prior to the renovation and
restoration of this Historic City Hall. Renovations of the building included adding new
foundations, columns to support a future third floor, floor and roof structure and decking. New
exterior wall system and the rehabilitation/
enhancement of the existing building.
