220 Alhambra Building

New 15-story, 115,000 sf building adjoining the existing 5-story in Coral Gables. The former Southern Bell offices have undergone extensive rebuilding and expansion. Only the exterior portion of the structural frame of the existing building remains; the rest was completely rebuilt. The adjacent new construction provided office space plus 10 levels of parking for 420 cars.
