Six-story office building over a 4-level underground parking garage for 1,200 cars. The Florida League of Cities at Kleman Plaza (formerly Capital Commons) is home to three projects under the observation of our Tallahassee office. The Mary Brogran Art and Science Museum (formerly Odyssey Science Center), houses a Museum and Art Gallery, and is a 27,000 sf facility designed to accomodate students of all ages. The building will provide the Kleman Plaza development with 70,000 sf of new office space and 164 parking spaces. This project was built concurrently with the City of Tallahassee Garage which provides160 additional parking spaces.
