Major renovation of an 8-story retail complex built in the late 1980’s. The building had five multi-split levels of
retail consisting of a basement, ground floor and three elevated floors.
Above the retail floors are four levels of parking.

The basement level and the three elevated floors were replaced by a new ground floor and two elevated
levels to create 300,000 sf of new retail space with higher story heights for big box stores. The steep straight
ramp was also replaced by a new spiral ramp.
